623nm red light is good for?
The red light can enhance cellular activity, promote cellular metabolism, stimulate the excretion of collagen protein and fibrous tissue by the skin to facilitate self-repair; it also accelerates blood circulation and increases skin elasticity. The blue light produces toxic, highly reactive forms of oxygen within the bacteria that damage their cell membranes and the sugary coatings that encase and protect them.
